Patients affected by neglect dyslexia are studied and an attempt is made to understand the brain mechanisms that regulate syntactic competence. Two types of relative sentences are used (subject and object) and, administered to the patients, the number of omissions recorded in both types is counted. The prediction is that patients more frequently omit the left side in objective relative sentences.

Abstract
Patients affected by neglect dyslexia are studied and an attempt is made to understand the brain mechanisms that regulate syntactic competence. Two types of relative sentences are used (subject and object) and, administered to the patients, the number of omissions recorded in both types is counted. The prediction is that patients more frequently omit the left side in objective relative sentences.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
