In Brazil, the topic of women's human rights has been discussed for over 40 years and each year many public policies for the defence of women's rights are created. Unfortunately, access to information is a major barrier that prevents women from taking advantage of the services and public policies created. This study aims to show how the distribution of information about women's rights is essential for the reduction of gender violence and gender inequality.
