In 2020, IPSOS published a survey on the trust between intermediate bodies and users, highlighting an exponential growth. This thesis begins with an historical analysis of the most relevant intermediate bodies in the Veneto region (i.e. Acli and CISL), following with an examination of the most common current characteristics of the ruling class and intermediate bodies in the aforementioned region. The aim of such analysis is the investigation, implemented through qualitative interviews to the most relevant executives of Vicenza's trade associations (Confindustria, Confartigianato, Confcommercio, Cisl, Cgil), of which kinds of organizational strategies, services and participation measures have been implemented during the Covid pandemic crisis. Finally, the thesis focuses on whether such policies have actually increased the level of satisfaction towards such institutions.

Abstract
Finally, the thesis focuses on whether such policies have actually increased the level of satisfaction towards such institutions.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
