Abstract
Three different heat pumps were analyzed in order to design the fin and tube heat exchangers of each units. Using a software many simulations were performed, which were then the basis for the selection of the exchanger to be installed on the prototypes. To verify that the designed heat exchanger has been optimized for propane application, some practical considerations have been introduced. The units were tested in the laboratories and the comparison between theoretical and practical data was performed, thus identifying a range of optimization of the fin heat exchangers.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
