Il significato del lavoro e il confine flessibile tra profit e non-profit

Focusing on the analysis of some cooperatives, the aim of this thesis on the one side is to observe and describe the meaning of work, tracing a path that highlights its evolution and changes; on the other side, taking as an observation point the boundary between the non-profit sector and the profit sector, analyze the dynamics of how the same concept ( the Maning of work ) is experienced by people on the basis of their presence in the non-profit sector.

Focalizzandosi sull'analisi di alcune cooperative, l'obiettivo di questa tesi è quello di osservare e descrivere da un lato il significato del lavoro, tracciando un percorso che ne evidenzia l'evoluzione e i cambiamenti; dall'altro, prendendo come punto di osservazione il confine tra settore non profit e settore profit, analizzare le dinamiche di come lo stesso concetto ( il significato del lavoro ) sia vissuto dalle persone sulla base della loro presenza nel settore non profit.
