The thesis is aimed at describing one of the requirements relating to innovative startups as defined by the D.L. 179/2012. In particular, we want to provide a description of one of the cumulative requirements set forth in the decree: the innovative nature and high technological value of the goods and services offered by the innovative startup.
La tesi è mirata a descrivere uno dei requisiti relativi alle startup innovative così come definite dal D.L. 179/2012. In particolare si vuol fornire descrizione circa uno dei requisiti cumulativi previsti dal decreto: il carattere innovativo e l'alto valore tecnologico dei beni e servizi offerti dalla startup innovativa.
