Cuando el lenguaje legal se convierte en discriminatorio. Una comparación entre Italia y España

We often forget that what happens to us every day is governed by the rules established by the legal system, whether they are considered 'fair' or not, and also by the language that is used in them. The objective of this work is to analyse the discriminatory nature of legal language, comparing two systems, the Italian one and the Spanish one. Despite their common legal roots, they differ considerably in three areas: sexism, ableism and homogenous family legislation.

Spesso ci dimentichiamo che quello che ci accade ogni giorno è regolato dalle norme stabilite dall'ordinamento giuridico, possano esse essere considerate "giuste" o meno, e anche dal linguaggio che in esse viene utilizzato. L'obbiettivo di questo lavoro è quello di analizzare la discriminatorietà del linguaggio giuridico, mettendo a confronto due sistemi, quello italiano e quello spagnolo. Nonostante le comuni radici giuridiche, questi si differenziano notevolmente in tre ambiti: la normativa in materia di sessismo, abilismo e famiglia omogenitoriale.
