In this dissertation the author discusses the benefits of Logical Framework Approach (LFA) as a project management methodology. The main argument of this work is that poor design and planning can prevent a seemingly promising project from bringing its intended change to the beneficiaries, as well as it can hamper the process of impact evaluation. By applying the LFA method to the Erasmus+ project “WINGS”, the author shows how a fine project design and use of clear terminology are capable of contributing greatly to the achievement of the project’s final outcome by establishing a causal logic of the intervention, which, in its turn, allows for constructive impact evaluation.

Abstract
In this dissertation the author discusses the benefits of Logical Framework Approach (LFA) as a project management methodology. The main argument of this work is that poor design and planning can prevent a seemingly promising project from bringing its intended change to the beneficiaries, as well as it can hamper the process of impact evaluation. By applying the LFA method to the Erasmus+ project “WINGS”, the author shows how a fine project design and use of clear terminology are capable of contributing greatly to the achievement of the project’s final outcome by establishing a causal logic of the intervention, which, in its turn, allows for constructive impact evaluation.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
