El español jurídico: análisis lingüístico y comparativo de un corpus de sentencias españolas e italianas

Over the last few years, there has been a growing interest in the field of Languages for Specific Purposes (LSPs) due to numerous factors such as globalization, that led to the development of new studies and research, with a particular focus on these types of languages. These progresses were first observed in the 1960s, in particular in the English language and its studies focused on LSPs. Later on, in the 1990s, other languages, including Spanish, began to show a growing interest in this field as well. The present research aims at studying the features of Languages for Specific Purposes, with a particular focus on the lexical, morphosyntactic, and stylistic features of legal Spanish. Secondly, the peculiar features that characterize the textual genres of legal Spanish, in particular Spanish sentences and their characteristics, will also be analyzed. Finally, a macro and micro textual analysis of a bilingual corpus of Spanish and Italian sentences will be proposed, focusing in particular on their lexical, morpho-syntactic, and stylistic features. The main purpose of the present work is to show not only the features that characterize specialty languages, in particular legal Spanish, but also to compare these features between two different languages, highlighting both their similarities and their differences.

En las últimas décadas se viene observando un creciente interés por las lenguas de especialidad, debido en particular a algunos factores tales como la globalización, dando lugar al desarrollo de nuevos estudios e investigaciones con particular enfoque en estas variedades de lenguas. El creciente interés se ha manifestado en primer lugar en los años sesenta con la lengua inglesa y los estudios centrados en las LSPs (Languages for Specific Purposes), hasta llegar a los años noventa, cuando también otras lenguas, tales como el español, empezaron a manifestar un creciente interés por estos tecnolectos. De hecho, la presente investigación tiene como finalidad el estudio de los rasgos de las lenguas de especialidad, con particular enfoque en los rasgos léxicos, morfosintácticos y estilísticos del español jurídico. En segundo lugar, se analizarán también los rasgos peculiares que caracterizan a los géneros textuales del español jurídico, en particular las sentencias españolas y sus características. Por último, se propondrá un análisis macro y micro textual de un corpus bilingüe de sentencias españolas e italianas, centrándose en particular en sus rasgos pertenecientes al nivel léxico, morfo-sintáctico y estilístico. El fin último del presente trabajo es poner de relieve no solo los rasgos que caracterizan las lenguas de especialidad, en particular el español jurídico, sino también comparar estos rasgos entre dos distintos idiomas, evidenciando tanto sus similitudes como sus diferencias.
