The study presented in this thesis focuses on the analysis of trends in the meteorological inflows and outflows regime in a mountain basin and aims to assess the influence of snow dynamics by combining hydro-meteorological data with multispectral satellite images. The attention is focused on the upper part of the Cordevole basin, represented by the Cordevole basin closed at La Vizza (BL, Italy), where, despite an intensification of precipitation, there is a slight downward trend in annual peak flows and runoff volume. The purpose of the study is to identify the trends of the main hydrological parameters and the relationship between the presence of snow on the ground and the inflows and outflows regime in the study area, allowing a better understanding of the complex relationship between snowpack and hydrological processes in the basin. The results highlight a significant reduction in snow cover and runoff coefficient, indicating a decrease in outflow alongside an increase in cumulative precipitation and precipitation intensity; also interesting is the significantly increasing trend in the ratio between peak flow and snow cover.

Abstract
The results highlight a significant reduction in snow cover and runoff coefficient, indicating a decrease in outflow alongside an increase in cumulative precipitation and precipitation intensity; also interesting is the significantly increasing trend in the ratio between peak flow and snow cover.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
