L'Io sono come presupposto per la frammentazione sociale: una ricerca sull'uso della normativa vigente in materia di "identità di genere" verso la promozione della Coesione Sociale

This paper falls in the field of the promotion of Social Cohesion in the Community in reference to the construct "gender identity". Starting from an analysis of the contributions offered by the authors in the course of 'gender studies' and an analysis of the legislation in force in Italy, discursive forms of opposition have been found which constitute an own and exclusive management of the critical aspects concerning the issues with which the "LGBT+ Community" interfaces and which involve the whole Community. Against this background, which reduces the possibility of sharing objectives and strategies, the Community is fragmented in its interactive structures, requiring an alternative, shared management of critical aspects in light of common objectives, with a view to social cohesion. To this end, the following paper will present a research aimed at identifying the contribution made by the various roles involved within the Community with regard to "social cohesion", starting from the use of the legislation in force in Italy on the construct "gender identity". In order to achieve this objective, the theoretical and methodological framework of the Dialogic Science will be adopted, which will allow us to enter into the merits of the discursive modalities used to configure the interactive community structure, which is anticipated to be aimed at fragmentation, and will also promote a transformation of these modes, towards generative proposals of Social Cohesion.

Il presente elaborato si colloca entro l’ambito della promozione di Coesione Sociale nella Comunità in riferimento al costrutto “identità di genere”. A partire da un’analisi dei contributi offerti dagli autori nell’alveo dei ‘gender studies’ e da un’analisi della normativa vigente in Italia, sono state rilevate modalità discorsive di contrapposizione che configurano una gestione propria ed esclusiva degli aspetti critici riguardanti le questioni con cui la “Comunità LGBT+” si interfaccia e che coinvolgono la Comunità tutta. A fronte di tali modalità, che riducono la possibilità di condividere obiettivi e strategie, la Comunità risulta frammentata nei suoi assetti interattivi, ponendo come esigenza una gestione alternativa, condivisa, degli aspetti critici in virtù di obiettivi comuni, in ottica di coesione sociale. A tal fine, il seguente elaborato presenterà una ricerca volta a rilevare il contributo offerto dai ruoli a vario titolo coinvolti entro la Comunità rispetto alla “coesione sociale”, a partire dall’uso della normativa vigente in Italia in merito al costrutto “identità di genere”. Per perseguire tale obiettivo, si adotterà la cornice teorico-metodologica della Scienza Dialogica, che consentirà di entrare nel merito di quali sono le modalità discorsive utilizzate per configurare l’assetto interattivo comunitario, che si anticipa essere teso alla frammentazione, e consentirà altresì di promuovere una trasformazione di tali modalità, verso proposte generative di Coesione Sociale.
