Through an overview of non-profit organizations in Italy and the professionals who make up the human resources of social cooperatives, we come to understand the importance of identifying the training needs in order to provide continuous and professional development that promotes the enhancement of various skills: in the fields of assistance, healthcare, education, administration, and management. Can organizational well-being and the well-being of social workers exist without continuous training that takes into account their expressed and unexpressed needs? To answer this question, we conducted a study on the satisfaction with the training received and the desires related to future training among the workers of a Social Cooperative in the city of Brescia (Lombardia, Italy).
