This thesis aims to explore the skills required of HR within an organizational 4.0 environment. The term 'Industry 4.0', coined in 2011, refers to the creation of intelligent production facilities that, to be realized, require the presence of: digitization of production systems, automation, robotization and creation the cyber physical systems. In companies where these technological systems are implemented, the figure of HR becomes essential. HR, in fact is in charge of managing Talent Management, that is, the set of processes put in place by the HR department to attract, hire, motivate and retain all those talented individuals. Given the growing importance of this professional figure, this paper aims to identify what hard and soft skills are required of the HR figure today. The results of this research will contribute to a better understanding of the role of HR as an essential professional figure within a 4.0 work environment.
La presenti tesi si propone di esplorare le competenze richieste all'HR all'interno di un ambiente organizzativo 4.0. Il termine 'Industria 4.0', coniato nel 2011, fa riferimento alla creazione di strutture produttive intelligenti che, per essere realizzate, necessitano la presenza di: digitalizzazione dei sistemi produttivi, automazione, robotizzazione e creazione i sistemi cyber fisici. Nelle imprese in cui questi sistemi tecnologici vengono implementati diventa essenziale la figura dell'HR. L'HR, infatti si occupa di gestire il Talent Management, ovvero l'insieme dei processi messi in atto dal reparto delle Risorse Umane per attrarre, assumere, motivare e trattenere tutti quei soggetti dotati di talento. Data la crescente importanza di questa figura professionale, tale elaborato si propone di individuare quali siano le hard e le soft skills oggi richieste alla figura dell'HR. I risultati di questa ricerca contribuiranno a una migliore comprensione del ruolo dell'HR come figura professionale essenziale all'interno di un contesto lavorativo 4.0.
