"Il mondo che vogliamo... 'lavoriamo' tutti insieme!": un progetto di orientamento per bambini e bambine della scuola primaria

This thesis work deals with the administration of an intervention project dedicated to boys and girls of the last classes of primary school on the issues of sustainability, decent work and inclusion. The first chapter explains and describes the context that led to the implementation of behaviors with a view to sustainability, also introducing the 2030 Agenda and how schools move to bring about the fulfillment of the proposed objectives to be achieved. The second chapter defines the concept of decent work and all that it entails regarding workers' rights, also contrasting the concept of bad work by considering disadvantageous situations for some workers. The third chapter describes the project "The world we want... let's all 'work' together!" in which it is proposed to evaluate its effectiveness. The assessment allows you to understand how much the children's knowledge has changed after participating in the intervention. All this was possible through the information obtained from the questionnaires and from the material proposed during the delivery of the intervention.

Questo lavoro di tesi tratta la somministrazione di un progetto di intervento dedicato a bambini e bambine delle ultime classi della scuola primaria in merito alle tematiche della sostenibilità, del lavoro dignitoso e dell’inclusione. Il primo capitolo spiega e descrive il contesto che ha portato ad attuare dei comportamenti in ottica di sostenibilità, introducendo anche dell’Agenda 2030 e come le scuole si muovono per portare al compimento degli obiettivi proposti da raggiungere. Il secondo capitolo definisce il concetto di lavoro dignitoso e tutto quello che ne consegue in merito ai diritti dei lavoratori, contrapponendo anche il concetto di cattivo lavoro considerando situazioni svantaggianti per alcuni lavoratori. Il terzo capitolo descrive il progetto “Il mondo che vogliamo… ‘lavoriamo’ tutti insieme!” in cui si propone di valutare la sua efficacia. La valutazione permette di comprendere quanto le conoscenze dei bambini sono cambiate dopo aver partecipato all’intervento. Tutto questo è stato possibile attraverso le informazioni ottenute dai questionari e dal materiale proposti durante l’erogazione dell’intervento.
