The aim of my master thesis is to study and investigate the landslides located on planet Mercury using Mercury Dual Imaging System (MDIS) images acquired by NASA/MESSENGER mission. In particular, the goal of my research is to perform a global characterization of the landslides from a morphological point of view, and to create and analyse the landslides topographic profiles to get more information about the mechanical properties and behavior of the surface material of Mercury.

Abstract
