Le professioni sanitarie sono caratterizzate da una forte predisposizione allo stress e ai rischi psicologici, causate prevalentemente da responsabilità e pressioni lavorative elevate. Con lo studio si intendono esplorare le percezioni dei medesimi professionisti sanitari e la loro importanza sul benessere organizzativo ed individuale.
