The objective of the thesis is the study of the dynamic behavior of the chassis used in strollers, in order to identify models and design directions, whose purpose is to minimize vibrations transmitted to the seat and handle of the vehicle. We started by consulting some regulations relating to the effect of vibrations absorbed by the human body in work environments. From them they are extrapolated vibration measurement and quantification methodologies (VDV in especially). Subsequently, we went on to analyze the front suspensions of such vehicles. We then moved on to the modal analysis of the system. Finally arriving at union of all the points covered, by means of desirable redesign proposals. As a further aspect, a complete dynamic model of the stroller was created, with which the limit speed for overcoming obstacles was studied. In parallel, the location of the COP (percussion center) was determined, in the front suspension of some models, to evaluate their beneficial effect in this regard to the vibrations transmitted. As part of the studies conducted, there have also been carried out experimental tests on some strollers of the company where the thesis activity was carried out was primarily carried out.

Abstract
As part of the studies conducted, there have also been carried out experimental tests on some strollers of the company where the thesis activity was carried out was primarily carried out.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
