General treatment of EU policies for urban development, Smart Specialization Strategy, University Cities, as well as related issues (housing, transport, services). Comparison of two case studies: Veneto and Emilia Romagna. They will be analyzed in detail the situations of the Universities in the Veneto Region and in the Emilia - Romagna Region and their integration with the territory, with a final comparison between the two realities.
Trattazione generale delle Politiche dell'UE per lo sviluppo urbano, delle Smart Specialization Strategy, delle Città Universitarie, nonché delle problematiche ad essa connesse (housing, trasporti, servizi). Confronto di due casi studio: Veneto ed Emilia Romagna. Verranno analizzate dettagliatamente le situazioni delle Università nella Regione Veneto e nella Regione Emilia - Romagna e della loro integrazione con il territorio, con un confronto finale tra le due realtà.
