This experimental work originates from the desire to understand the habits, tendencies and thoughts that influence the behavior of a group of athletes in the sporting and nutritional fields. As reported by the WHO, the concept of health corresponds to "a condition of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not exclusively the absence of disease or infirmity": it therefore becomes essential to lead a healthy lifestyle or be physically active, have adequate nutrition to ensure a good energy supply and be in a state of mental balance. But when do these behaviors become a source of stress or in the worst cases a source of obsession? When everyday life is characterized by continuous weight monitoring, excessive food control and uncontrolled physical exercise? The following thesis work focuses on understanding these mechanisms through a questionnaire that analyzes the behaviors and habits of a group of athletes, in order to understand the relationship between physical exercise and orthorexia nervosa.

Abstract
The following thesis work focuses on understanding these mechanisms through a questionnaire that analyzes the behaviors and habits of a group of athletes, in order to understand the relationship between physical exercise and orthorexia nervosa.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
