"Profezia sulle sorti d'Italia": studio della lingua e proposta di edizione critica

The purpose of the work is to analyze various aspects of the incunabulum titled "Prophecy about the destiny of Italy," with the incipit "El se movera el gato/anni sette dieci e quatri," preserved in the National Library Braidense of Milan. The genre, meter, and typographic origin of the manuscript have been examined, along with an analysis of the historical context and the literary tradition in which it is situated. Both a diplomatic and critical edition of the text is presented, followed by an examination of its linguistic components.

Il fine dell’elaborato è andare ad analizzare in vari aspetti l’incunabolo avente titolo “Profezia sulle sorti d’Italia” e incipit "El se movera el gato/anni sette dieci e quatri", conservato presso la biblioteca nazionale Braidense di Milano. Si è esaminato il genere, il metro e l’origine tipografica del manoscritto, analizzando inoltre il contesto storico e il filone letterario in cui si inserisce. Viene esposta sia un’edizione diplomatica che critica del testo, esaminandone successivamente la componente linguistica.
