The work deals with experimental study on two-phase change phenomena in presence of humid air, focusing on the effect of the wettability of different surfaces and operating conditions. In particular, the first part deals with the investigation of wettability and main key-role operating conditions on heat and mass transfer during dropwise condensation. The second part deals with frosting process, focusing on the experimental visualization of the phenomenon and on the investigation of wettability and operating conditions on frost properties.
