Applicazioni del Lean Management nei processi transazionali. Il caso del ciclo passivo in De'Longhi Spa

The objective of the thesis, which was carried out in collaboration with De'Longhi spa, is to analyse the processes that are carried out in passive administration. The need that arose within the office led to the creation of this project and the involvement of all those working in the office in charge. Lean tools such as brainstorming and the SwimLane will be used for the analysis. This is therefore a thesis on the Lean Office that enables process optimisation and continuous improvement. We are also beginning to talk about efficiency within offices. There is an increasing awareness that office processes have an impact on lead time and company performance. We will therefore have a description of the company and the theoretical concepts of Lean methodology and Lean Office. We will then move on to a description of the context in which the project was born, and then the actual development and mapping of the situation. The thesis is concluded with an analysis and presentation of a TO BE. It is important to understand how in addition to the analysis, the tools used and the data, collaboration, the involvement of people and their commitment is crucial. The team concept is at the basis of success and the achievement of objectives.

L'obiettivo della tesi svolta in collaborazione con la De'Longhi spa, tratta l'analisi dei processi che vengono svolti nell'amministrazione passiva. Il bisogno nato all'interno dell'ufficio porta alla nascita di tale progetto e al coinvolgimento di tutti coloro che lavorano nell'ufficio preposto. Si utilizzeranno per l'analisi degli strumenti Lean, quali il brainstorming e la SwimLane. Si tratta dunque di una tesi sul Lean Office che permette l'ottimizzazione dei processi e il miglioramento continuo. Si comincia a parlare di efficienza anche all'interno degli uffici. Sempre di più si è coscienti che i processi d'ufficio hanno un'impatto sul Lead Time e sulle performace aziendali. Avremo dunque una descrizione dell'azienda e dei concetti teorici della metodologia Lean e del Lean Office. Si passa poi alla descrizione del contesto in cui nasce il progetto, per avere poi il vero sviluppo e la mappatura della situazione. Si conclude la tesi con un'analisi e la presentazione di un TO BE. Importante comprendere quanto oltre all'analisi, agli strumenti usati e ai dati sia fondamentale la collaborazione, il coinvolgimento delle persone e il loro impegno. Il concetto di Team è alla base della riuscita e del raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.
