The new employee, at the beginning of their working career, must face numerous challenges and requests that arise within the new working environment. The insertion process is therefore of strategic importance so that the resource is effectively inserted into the team and the related service. To this end, 4 organizational proposals to be adapted in the future in the New Hire Induction Plan of the University Hospital of Cagliari.
Il Neoassunto, all’inizio della propria carriera lavorativa, deve far fronte a numerose sfide e richieste che sorgono all’interno del nuovo ambiente lavorativo. Il processo di inserimento quindi risulta di importanza strategica affinché la risorsa venga inserita efficacemente in equipe e nel relativo servizio. A tal propositivo verrano presentate 4 proposte organizzative da adattare in futuro nel Piano di Inserimento del Neoassunto dell'Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria di Cagliari.
