The work consists of cloning cDNA sequences coding for some nanobodies against ACE2 receptor into genetic vectors that have been transfected into Pichia Pastoris with the aim to express said proteins. The nanobodies have been purified by IMAC-chromatography and characterised biochemically by SDS-PAGE, Circular Dichroism and Reverse Phase Chromatography.

Il lavoro consiste nel clonaggio di sequenze di cDNA codificanti alcuni nanobodies contro il recettore ACE2 in vettori genetici successivamente trasfettati in Pichia Pastoris al fine di indurne l'espressione. Tali nanobodies sono poi stati purificati tramite IMAC-chromatography, caratterizzati tramite SDS PAGE, Circular Dichroism e Reverse Phase chromatography;
