The International Court of Justice and its role in international conflicts (Analysis of several examples and study of the case of nuclear and chemical weapons)

My master's thesis is about the International Court of Justice, which includes: the history of its establishment, the members and judges, and the legal system followed by the Court, in addition to studying a number of cases dealt with by the Court, and then studying two cases specific to them. Nuclear weapons and chemical weapons, and what is the role of the Court historically in limiting the spread, use, and threat of use of these weapons, Suggesting a number of recommendations to amend the work of the Court on this particular issue and proposing steps to develop the work of the Court in general.
