This thesis focus on the analysis of some artistic, literary and cinematographic works by two Senegalese authors: Ousmane Sembène e Fatou Diome. This study analyzes these authors' narratives on female immigrant identities in France and inserted in the workforce of the domestic sector, a sector characterized by precariousness and exploitation. The first work I will focus on is "La Noire de..." in the short story and movie versions. Afterwards, I will analyze the Diome's production as a direct witness, in her work, of her experience as a racialized woman in the care sector in France. These works describe a specific racial organization of the productive space in Europe that continues to exist nowadays.
