This thesis work focuses on experimental and cognitive tests on crimp connectors that can be used for connecting the conductors that make up the high voltage winding of oil-insulated distribution transformers with the off-load tap-changer through the use of copper conductors . In particular, the results obtained are compared with the connectors currently used, which can be installed by removing the insulating material and with subsequent tinning. The tests carried out consist of resistance measurements in accordance with the BS EN IEC 61238-1-2:2019 and heating tests for different current values, trying to reproduce the actual operating conditions as faithfully as possible
Il presente lavoro di tesi verte su prove sperimentali e conoscitive su dei connettori a crimpatura utilizzabili per la connessione dei conduttori che compongono l'avvolgimento di alta tensione dei trasfromatori da distribuzione isolati in olio con il commutatore a vuoto mediante l'uso di conduttori in rame. In particolare vengono confrontati i risultati ottenuti con i connettori attualmente utilizzati, installabili rimuovendo il materiale isolante e con successiva stagnatura. Le prove svolte consistono in misure di resistenza in accordo con la normativa BS EN IEC 61238-1-2:2019 e in prove di riscaldamento per diversi valori di corrente, cercando di riprodurre più fedelemente possibile le effettive condizioni di funzionamento
