This thesis explores the process of electronic analysis and design undertaken during the internship at the Paduan company Velex. The main objective was the study and, ultimately, the implementation of an isolated power supply, implemented with a resonant converter, characterized by two independent adjustable outputs (from 3 to 30V) with a maximum current of 3A. This power supply is intended to be used as a low-voltage power source for the testing machines used in the testing of PCBs for ovens produced by the company. The board incorporates a microcontroller connected to a CANBus system with the company protocol, allowing the reception of voltage sets for each channel and providing detailed operational data, including measured current and information on overcurrent protection. The document provides an overview of different circuit topologies examined to ensure minimal switching losses and maximum efficiency. This is followed by a theoretical and analytical analysis of the selected topology, with the subsequent sizing of the necessary components. The circuit was subsequently simulated before proceeding with the design and printing of the PCB. The results obtained from various tests carried out in the company on the prototype complete the design experience and, consequently, the thesis.

Abstract
The results obtained from various tests carried out in the company on the prototype complete the design experience and, consequently, the thesis.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
