This thesis addresses the development of a chatbot using Natural Language Processing (NLP) approaches. The research begins with the definition of requirements, goals, and target audience. Subsequently, various Large Language Models (LLM) are explored and applied for the creation of a customized language model. The design and integration of the chatbot follow, accompanied by system optimization to enhance performance and updates. Finally, the testing and validation process is executed to ensure the quality of the chatbot responses. This research contributes to the advanced understanding and application of NLP methodologies in the development of chatbots.
