Used visualization techniques to provide findings are clear and understandable. The study not only sheds light on the current state of high taste but also harbors insights for future product development within the food industry. The study includes anonymous samples from all over Italy, ensuring a broad representation of the population. Furthermore, the analysis extends beyond mere preferences, deepening into subtle changes in preferences at different times by analyzing seasonal preferences.
