The following thesis analyzing current cultural, technological and anthropological transformations goes on to analyze the state of students' well-being at school. In particular, to what has been internationally termed "emotional intelligence," proposing a theoretical and praxical reflection on various ways to increase the well-being of teachers and pupils, but also families, in relating. Emotional intelligence and the models tested aim to go about restoring and increasing the quality of teaching, learning and relationships, proposing itself as an antidote against the discomforts that the changes of current modernity is bringing, but also building a healthy personality in and out of school.
La seguente tesi analizzando le trasformazioni culturali, tecnologiche e antropologiche in atto va ad analizzare lo stato di benessere degli studenti a scuola. In particolare, a quella che a livello internazionale è stata definita "intelligenza emotiva", proponendo una riflessione teorica e prassica sui vari modi per incrementare il benessere di insegnanti e alunni, ma anche famiglie, nel relazionarsi. L'intelligenza emotiva e i modelli sperimentati si pongono l'obiettivo di andare a risanare e incrementare la qualità dell'insegnamento, dell'apprendimento e delle relazioni, proponendosi come antidoto contro i disagi che i cambiamenti dell'attuale modernità sta portando, ma anche costruendo una personalità sana dentro e fuori la scuola.
