This research investigates the complex dynamics of migrant integration in the European Union, focusing on the various approaches and outcomes across Germany, Austria, and Sweden. In view of rising migration flows and the lack of a single EU-wide approach to integration policy, this study attempts to emphasize the different strategies and results that characterize integration processes in these nations. Using a mixed-method approach that blends quantitative research and qualitative analysis, this research looks at implementation processes, policy frameworks, and demographic trends in order to give a thorough picture of the dynamics of migrant integration. Through an in-depth comparative analysis, this study identifies patterns, challenges, and best practices in migrant integration across Germany, Austria, and Sweden. Moreover, it explores the legal foundations of EU law regarding the integration of migrants and how integration policies are incorporated into the national legal systems of the selected countries. By utilizing data from various sources and applying both deductive and inductive methodologies, this research attempts to contribute to the development of evidence-based integration policies within the EU at both national and supranational levels. Ultimately, the findings hope to provide guidance to decision-makers, professionals, and interested parties in migrant integration initiatives, promoting inclusive societies and social cohesion across Europe.

Abstract
Ultimately, the findings hope to provide guidance to decision-makers, professionals, and interested parties in migrant integration initiatives, promoting inclusive societies and social cohesion across Europe.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
