This thesis investigates the multifaceted impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on organizational work and management, focusing on its integration within human resources (HR) and upper management spheres and its consequential effects on employees. Through an extensive literature review, this study examines AI's potential benefits, including enhanced efficiency and data-driven decision-making, while also addressing concerns related to job displacement and ethical implications. The findings underscore the importance of ongoing development and responsible deployment of AI technologies to optimize organizational outcomes and mitigate associated challenges. Structured into four chapters, the thesis provides a comprehensive exploration of AI's role in modern workplaces. The first chapter offers an overview of AI and its future development trends, setting the stage for subsequent discussions. The second chapter delves into how AI enhances job quality, highlighting its positive contributions to organizational workflows. In contrast, the third chapter presents counterarguments regarding potential drawbacks and the effect of AI on employees associated with AI adoption. Finally, the fourth chapter explores how organizational management leverages AI technologies to drive innovation and productivity. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of AI's implications for organizational dynamics and provides insights for guiding future strategies in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI integration in the workplace.
