The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the potential of judicial sources (Prosecutor's Registers, Case Files) for investigating squadrist violence in Padua. In the second part of the paper, an in-depth analysis is conducted on the case file related to the kidnapping of Giacomo Matteotti in Castelguglielmo (1921).
La tesi ha come obiettivo l'analisi delle potenzialità delle delle fonti giudiziarie (Registri della Procura, Fascicoli processuali) per l'indagine della violenza squadrista a Padova. Nella seconda parte dell'elaborato, si analizza in maniera approfondita il fascicolo processuale relativo al rapimento di Giacomo Matteotti a Castelguglielmo (1921).
