This master thesis has the aim of developing a protocol regarding the remanufacturing in the lighting industry. The analysis will start from bibliography research of the state of the art of the remanufacturing of the sector, considering the European Remanufacturing guidelines, both general and specific. Then, a study of the manufacturing process of WayPoint SRL, a SME in Italy, will be conducted, analyzing two different products. For doing this, a remanufacturing protocol and a methodology of a lighting equipment will be written, considering the products of WayPoint SRL. In the application, some tools are going to be considered and used, examples are the eco-design of the products, the digital passports of the components, and the possibility to realize a product that can be disassembled and then assembled efficiently. All these features are going to be taken into consideration in order to have a final protocol of the remanufacturing of the lighting sector, having a system which has the possibility to be traced by a software, and that can be conveniently manageable and interchangeable.

Abstract
All these features are going to be taken into consideration in order to have a final protocol of the remanufacturing of the lighting sector, having a system which has the possibility to be traced by a software, and that can be conveniently manageable and interchangeable.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
