La presa in carico fisioterapica nei reparti ospedalieri per pazienti in fase acuta: descrizione e valutazione del modello organizzativo utilizzato nell'Ospedale di Schiavonia dell'Ulss 6 Euganea

The aim of the present work is to analyse the rehabilitation taking charge modalities of patients admitted to the wards of the Veneto Hospitals. This first analysis has the objective of verifying whether, at a regional level, the facilities follow the traditional model which envisages the activation, assessment of the patient and structuring of a rehabilitation project by the Physiotherapist, or whether, on the other hand, organisational models are promoted which aim to make the involvement of the health professional more immediate and which favour his or her autonomy as defined by the Physiotherapist's Code of Ethics. The thesis, therefore, proposes to describe and evaluate the organisational model of the Physiotherapy Care Prompt (PPCF) adopted since 2017 by the Hospital of Schiavonia belonging to Ulss 6 Euganea. Taking this model as a reference, the analysis aims to verify whether the advantages offered by the use of PPCF are greater than those of traditional caretaking. It emerges that the use of the PPCF is functional in facilitating the assessment in view of the mobilisation of the patients, in giving centrality to the patient's needs and in promoting the exchange and collaboration between the professional figures within a multidisciplinary team in line with the indications provided by the most recent literature.

Il presente lavoro si prefigge lo scopo di analizzare le modalità di presa in carico riabilitativa dei pazienti ricoverati nei reparti dei Presidi Ospedalieri del Veneto. Questa prima analisi ha l’obiettivo di verificare se a livello regionale le strutture seguano il modello tradizionale che prevede l’attivazione, valutazione del paziente e strutturazione di un progetto riabilitativo da parte del Medico Fisiatra o se, diversamente, vengano promossi modelli organizzativi finalizzati a rendere più immediato il coinvolgimento del professionista sanitario e che ne favoriscano l’autonomia secondo quanto definito dal Codice Deontologico del Fisioterapista. La tesi, dunque, si propone di descrivere e valutare il modello organizzativo della Pronta Presa in Cura Fisioterapica (PPCF) adottato a partire dal 2017 dall'Ospedale di Schiavonia appartenente all'Ulss 6 Euganea. Prendendo a riferimento tale modello, l'analisi mira a verificare se i vantaggi offerti dall'utilizzo della PPCF siano maggiori rispetto a quelli della presa in carico tradizionale. Emerge che l'utilizzo della PPCF è funzionale nel facilitare la valutazione in vista della mobilizzazione degli assistiti, nel dare centralità ai bisogni del paziente e nel promuovere lo scambio e la collaborazione tra le figure professionali all'interno di un’équipe multidisciplinare coerentemente alle indicazioni fornite dalla più recente letteratura.
