This work aims to analyse the different types of strategies and methodologies used by school to manage the complexity of features, needs and questions becoming from the families with migratory background that move inside its spaces. It concentrates, in particular, on pre-school because the relationship between parents and teacher is deeper at this school-level and there’s also an higher number of different origins among its users. For all of these reasons, this work is divided into three parts and it aspires to show the concrete way some teacher work to promote the involvement and the participation of these types of families at pre-school and it starts from the recognition of two important aspects: on one side, the difficulties that every parent with migratory background has to face in the new country and; on the other side, the aknowledgement of the importance of the relationship between parents and teachers for every student’s health.
