This thesis emphasizes the significance that these three technologies—Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and Industry 4.0—collectively play in propelling digital transformation throughout many industries. The book explores how Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, robotics, and big data, are changing production through automated, intelligent, and real-time systems. It also recounts the development of Bitcoin from its launch as a decentralized digital currency to a vast ecosystem of blockchain applications. Beyond cryptocurrencies, the study explores the possibilities of blockchain technology, emphasizing its automation, security, and transparency properties in a range of industries, including luxury products and supply chain management. The impact of cryptocurrency on machine-to-machine trade and decentralized finance is also covered.
