The aim of this thesis is to investigate the perception that individuals working within organizational contexts have respectively to the ways in which company training is delivered. As the title suggests, the focus is mainly on the difference between the experience of in-presence training with a physical instructor at set times and the experience of e-learning training delivered in both synchronous and asynchronous modes. This perception gap was studied with a questionnaire designed and validated on the basis of existing models, which was proposed to individuals who had completed at least one training course in both modes and who work in an organizational context. Perception was studied in relation to eight variables, based on literature on the subject of training, reworked and adapted to research. The variables studied are: facilitating conditions, social norms, perceived ease of use, learning community, motivation, perceived usefulness, learning, attitude. The sixteen hypotheses were discussed after interpretation of the questionnaire data. While the first eight are related to the difference in perception of training in relation to each of the above variables depending on the way it is delivered, the following eight hypotheses investigate the correlation between the perception of training in the two modes and the age of the subjects.

Abstract
While the first eight are related to the difference in perception of training in relation to each of the above variables depending on the way it is delivered, the following eight hypotheses investigate the correlation between the perception of training in the two modes and the age of the subjects.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
