Nowadays, organizations are a field mainly dominated by men. In the last few years, the role of women has been trying to emerge, and female entrepreneurs have increased in number and importance. In the first part of the document, it's possible to find a deep analysis of the role of women in organizations. In particular, in this part there is an in-depth analysis of how women's leadership differs from men’s leadership. In this way, we can catch all the differences between these two different leadership styles and underline the positive aspects of an organization led by female entrepreneurs. The second part is more practical; in fact, it is based on research. This part is composed of several interviews with different female entrepreneurs, with the aim of supporting the literature found in the previous part. These interviews add some important points of view from real women running businesses and permit an in-depth analysis of their governance methods, organizational structure and leadership style, as well as how they manage human capital. In this way it's possible to understand how female entrepreneurs act and what distinguishes them from male entrepreneurs.
