Rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis are a group of inflammatory diseases that can cause joint problems associated with pain, reduction in daily activities, and disability. Physical exercise is one of the best ways to manage the pain and help the patients to improve their quality of life.
