As sustainability becomes a key driver of innovation and corporate responsibility, the furniture industry is increasingly adopting comprehensive sustainable practices. This thesis aims to explore the evolution of sustainability in this sector, with a particular focus on the Italian context. A bibliometric analysis has been conducted to map the scientific literature over time and space, identify key trends and key sources and evaluate the intellectual structure of research on the topic of sustainable furniture. Then, it has been done an investigation using different sources (such as Statista, Intesa Sanpaolo, Federlegno Arredo, iCribis), which allows to frame the sectorial dimension of the furniture industry and sustainability within it. The study further incorporates an analysis of sustainability of Italian furniture companies using the TFIDF index, calculated considering how much and how intensely they deal with the topic of sustainability in their websites.

Abstract
The study further incorporates an analysis of sustainability of Italian furniture companies using the TFIDF index, calculated considering how much and how intensely they deal with the topic of sustainability in their websites.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
