Advanced technologies are becoming increasingly important in manufacturing processes, leading to a growing need for companies to assess these investments. Currently, there do not seem to be models specifically designed to evaluate such investments, which often involve a significant strategic component. This thesis proposes a model that takes into account management’s ability to adjust its decisions in response to the external environment, offering a more comprehensive quantification of the impact of these technologies on production processes.

Abstract
Advanced technologies are becoming increasingly important in manufacturing processes, leading to a growing need for companies to assess these investments. Currently, there do not seem to be models specifically designed to evaluate such investments, which often involve a significant strategic component. This thesis proposes a model that takes into account management’s ability to adjust its decisions in response to the external environment, offering a more comprehensive quantification of the impact of these technologies on production processes.File in questo prodotto:
