This thesis presents a modular Social Media Kit (SMK) designed to automate the analysis of web pages and the posting of content on the web or on social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter. The SMK extracts metadata from web pages and supports both web-based and local file system inputs. Additionally, the SMK is designed to be specialized in modules for specific websites. For this thesis, the modules designed and developed include a generic one and a specialized one for the Italian Negapedia website (http://it.negapedia.org/). The SMK manages content through customizable templates and an adaptable modular design.
