This study examines the historical evolution of the relationship between healthcare professionals and patients, with a particular focus on the changes in the nature of professional liability of healthcare personnel and institutions towards patients who have suffered harm. The analysis of data from the 2018-2022 five-year period aims to assess the impact of significant regulations introduced in recent years, with the objective of providing an overview of the current situation and its implications in the healthcare context.
Questo studio esamina l'evoluzione storica del rapporto tra il personale sanitario e i pazienti, con particolare attenzione alle trasformazioni nella natura della responsabilità professionale del personale sanitario e delle strutture nei confronti dei pazienti che hanno subito un danno. L'analisi dei dati relativi al quinquennio 2018-2022 si propone di valutare l'impatto delle normative di rilievo introdotte negli ultimi anni, al fine di tracciare un bilancio della situazione attuale e delle sue implicazioni nel contesto sanitario.
