Questo studio confronta le piattaforme diagnostiche multiplex per le allergie ALEX MAD 45 e ISAC rispetto al sistema di riferimento Phadia 1000. Sono stati analizzati parametri chiave come sensibilità, specificità e cross-reattività. ALEX MAD 45 offre una copertura allergenica più ampia, mentre ISAC garantisce maggiore precisione nella rilevazione degli allergeni molecolari. I risultati suggeriscono che entrambi i sistemi sono complementari, con la scelta dipendente dalle esigenze cliniche. Lo studio fornisce indicazioni per migliorare la diagnostica allergologica e la gestione dei pazienti.
