The following thesis aims to analyze a mixed-model line in the company Ceccato Aria Compressa, owned by the Swedish multinational Atlas Copco, with the aim of balancing it and improving the efficiency of the entire production process, with a particular focus on the ergonomic aspect. An ergonomic analysis was carried out, both with the REBA method and by implementing a software on MatLab, to analyze and compare the current ergonomic situation with the future one. A series of simulations were carried out by lifting the machines to an "ergonomic" height, to determine the improvements both in terms of timing and ergonomic thermals.
La seguente tesi di laurea ha lo scopo di analizzare una linea mixed-model nell’azienda Ceccato Aria Compressa, di proprietà della multinazionale svedese Atlas Copco, con l’obiettivo di bilanciarla e migliorare l’efficienza dell’intero processo produttivo, con un particolare sguardo all’aspetto ergonomico. E' stata svolta un’analisi ergonomica, sia col metodo REBA sia implementando un software su MatLab, per analizzare e confrontare la situazione ergonomica attuale con quella futura. Sono state svolte una serie di simulazioni sollevando le macchine a un’altezza “ergonomica", per determinare i miglioramenti sia in termini di tempistiche sia in termici ergonomici.
