The technological revolution and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) transforming the way luxury restaurants create exceptional dining experiences. By combining these new technologies with exclusivity and sophistication, new possibilities have been created thanks to these new technologies for engaging and delighting customers. This study takes a closer look at how these innovations shape customer behavior, particularly their influence on satisfaction, perceived value, and loyalty. While AI and AR offer benefits like personalized services, immersive dining environments, and smoother operations, they also bring up concerns such as trust, privacy, and striking a balance between automation and human interaction. The study employs a quantitative research design, utilizing online surveys to gather data from luxury restaurant patrons. The survey gathers consumer attitudes, perceptions, and preferences regarding AI and AR technologies, with a focus on factors such as ease of use, perceived benefits, and overall satisfaction. The data has been analyzed using statistical methods to find the common trends among consumers to understand their behavior The findings reveal that AI is especially effective at providing customized services and improving behind-the-scenes operations, while AR enhances the sensory and emotional aspects of dining. However, challenges like cultural differences and worries about technology overpowering the traditional luxury experience remain significant. Based on these insights, the study suggests that restaurants should carefully implement AI and AR in ways that align with customer expectations while maintaining a sense of exclusivity and human connection. This thesis contributes to the growing body of research on digital innovation in the hospitality industry, offering a data-driven perspective on the strategic implementation of AI and AR in luxury dining. The findings provide a roadmap for leveraging these technologies to enhance customer experiences while maintaining a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market.
