Work-Life Balance: How companies can achieve it

In this thesis we will analyze the concept of work-life balance, the various and never univocal definitions and the theories that concern this area. Furthermore, we will see how companies can implement policies that help people improve their work-life balance and some examples of these practices. We will then focus on a company, Reckitt, a British multinational specialized in the production and marketing of consumer goods, we will describe the company and its activity, and then we will talk about its highly developed HR policies in the work-life balance area also thanks to the support of a questionnaire made in 2023 by the company to its employees, called Glint.
