The paper that it was decided to present will deal with the business strategy of craft breweries. This is because since we have had the opportunity to study the strategies of craft breweries at close quarters through the Business Strategy course with Prof. Cappellari, it was decided to delve into this topic with a focus on distribution channels. Analysing them firstly through the theoretical evolution of the concept itself, the actors and types, and then focusing the study on the competitive advantages and criticalities that may arise from the choice of these in modern distribution. In the second chapter of the paper, on the other hand, the thesis will focus on the analysis of six practical cases of business strategies of craft breweries, the history and motivations behind their choice of distribution channels. The aim is thus to analyse the disitrbutive choices of craft breweries in an ever-changing technological context that is moving towards omnichannel.

Abstract
The aim is thus to analyse the disitrbutive choices of craft breweries in an ever-changing technological context that is moving towards omnichannel.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
